Whitney is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Precision Mindset. Previously a registered nurse, she now focuses making sure everything runs smoothly and organized, communicating with customers and vendors, scheduling, facilitating meetings, marketing and sales.

Ronnie is the Chief Engineer and founder of Precision Mindset. He has 24 years of experience as a precision mechanical engineer designing, developing, and evaluating the performance of precision machines, instrumentation, and manufacturing processes. His specialties include design, engineering analyses, mechanical element and mechanism design, part inspection, machine error characterization, measurements (metrology), data acquisition and custom software development. He is also proficient in the creation of 3D solid models, FEA, technical documents, and drawings. Additionally, he is a team player who is very hands on and enjoys troubleshooting problems and finding solutions to ensure the best design and performance possible.
